Removing headlight cap on Sportster 2004 & Up

For Sportster from 2004 to 2020 (except 1200C)

Tired of your headlight cap?
We have the solution!

No need to pierce the bottom T, no weird paw and 100% reversible.

Installation takes 20 minutes and does not require any special skills:

• The headlight is disconnected from its power supply by lightly lifting the top of the tank to reach the plugs in the plastic chute

• headlight and cap are removed

• The headlight optics are reversed in the tubing by inverting the position of the inner strap

• The headlight support is fixed between the fork T

• The headlight is positioned in its new support

•  Set the plate

• Tighten everything up and it's over.
